From Me to We - Yoga as A Path of Integration
May 13-16, 2027 - Main Conference
May 11-13, 2027 - Teacher Training Intensive + Therapeutics Immersion
We are living in a time of profound uncertainty and rapid change — a time marked by division, overwhelm, social polarization, and disconnection from ourselves, one another, and the natural world. Many are searching for steadiness, meaning, and a deeper sense of belonging amidst the complexity of modern life.
Yoga offers us a timeless pathway back to center.
Beyond physical practice, yoga is a living philosophy and embodied path of awakening — one that helps us cultivate clarity, resilience, compassion, and the capacity to remain grounded in challenging times. Through asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, therapeutics, and wisdom teachings, yoga invites us to reconnect with the deeper truth of who we are.
This year’s conference explores the profound yogic teachings of Bheda and Abheda — difference and non-difference — and how these teachings can guide us in navigating the world with greater wisdom and understanding.
Bheda honors the uniqueness and diversity of life: our individual perspectives, cultures, experiences, and expressions. Abheda reminds us that beneath these apparent differences exists an underlying unity — an essential interconnectedness that binds all beings, all life, and all existence together.
In these divisive and fragmented times, these teachings offer a powerful lens through which to re-envision how we relate to ourselves, our practice, our communities, and the world. They invite us to move beyond the illusion of separation and remember that our well-being is deeply intertwined with the well-being of others and of the Earth itself.
Together, we will explore how yoga can help us:
cultivate inner steadiness amidst uncertainty
transform reactivity into awareness and compassion
honor diversity while recognizing our shared humanity
deepen authentic connection and meaningful community
integrate wisdom teachings into everyday life
embody practices that support healing, resilience, and collective care
This gathering is an invitation to move from me to we — from isolation toward interconnection, from fragmentation toward wholeness, from fear toward conscious participation in a shared human experience.
As we practice and learn together, we remember that yoga is not only personal transformation; it is also a way of contributing to the healing of the collective.
As the beloved teacher Thich Nhat Hanh wrote: “We are here to awaken from the illusion of our separateness.”
This understanding calls us to walk gently upon the earth, to treat one another with reverence and respect, and to live with greater compassion toward all beings and Mother Nature herself. Through practice, study, music, conversation, and shared experience, this gathering invites us to cultivate steadiness, openness, and courage—to become participants in a more connected and compassionate world.
From Me to We is more than a conference theme; it is a collective practice, a prayer, and a vision for how yoga can help heal our communities and nourish the future of our world.
